This delicious dessert starts with a layer of cherry jam spread on the bottom of the chou. Next, a layer of smooth chocolate cream is spread over the jam. Then, a layer of fresh cherries is placed on top of the cream. Finally, a topping of white chocolate Chantilly is swirled over the cherries.
